Founding Membership is how East | West begins. It’s a personal invitation from Ryan and Shankar to the first twenty-five people who help shape the club before it fully opens. Founding seats open in cohorts, and each one prices higher than the last.

You’re a Founding Member the day you sign, in every room and at every gathering along the way. Your four-year term starts counting once the full club opens.

Founding Members are in from the first night at The Cedar Room: dinners, tastings, live music, and programming while the full club is being built. You’ll also have a quarterly club credit, priority on bay reservations, and guest privileges from day one.

The Cedar Room is the first space where East | West comes to life, opening this summer. While the full club is under construction, it hosts tasting dinners, workshops, live music, and the community gatherings that give the club its early rhythm.

Yes. Founding Members receive guest privileges from day one, with a set number of guest passes included each month.

Applications are reviewed personally. You’ll hear back from Ryan or Shankar within two business days, and if it’s a fit, they’ll be in touch to talk through next steps.

We’re targeting Early 2027 for the full club, with The Cedar Room opening well before that, this summer. Construction and permitting timelines can shift, and we’ll keep Founding Members updated every step of the way.

Our refund and transfer terms are still being finalized as we move through the founding cohorts. We’ll share the full terms directly with members before any payment is due, and you’re welcome to ask Ryan or Shankar in the meantime.
