How we collect and use your information, and the terms that govern this website.
Last Updated: September 2026
When you join our newsletter, reach out through our Contact page, or apply for Founding Membership, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number where you choose to share it, and the details of your inquiry.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, keep you updated on Founding Membership, and occasionally share news about East | West. We don’t use it for anything beyond that.
We only contact you if you’ve asked us to. Joining our newsletter, submitting an inquiry, or applying for Founding Membership gives us your permission to reach you about East | West — club news, event invitations, and membership updates. Consent is never a condition of applying for or holding membership, and you may withdraw it at any time.
If you give us a mobile number and opt in to text messages, we may send you occasional texts about events, reservations, and membership — typically a few messages a month, though frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts will not affect your application, your membership, or any other way we stay in touch.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers and text-message consent, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to stop those. You’re also welcome to email membership@eastwestclub.com and we’ll remove you from our lists right away.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through our pages. It sets cookies that record anonymized usage — pages viewed, time on the site, approximate region — and we use it only to make the site better. We don’t run advertising or social media tracking pixels. You can opt out through Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
